All of our physical merch is made to order, most are produced in 3-5 business days. Certain items, including embroidered hats and mugs, may have a longer production time. Orders are drop-shipped by our printing partner using various courier services, including UPS, USPS, and DHL. In general, your order will arrive within 2-3 weeks if you live in the US, and 3-4 weeks if you live in another country.
Some factors are beyond our shipping agent's control, including but not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, and customs processing delays. We cannot guarantee merchandise will arrive by a specific day, including holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
We do not accept returns, or provide refunds for custom merchandise that does not arrive on a specific date or is shipped to an incorrect or invalid address. In some cases, orders for multiple items may be split into more than one shipment.
Please be advised: We are unable to monitor the status of all packages in order to determine if a shipping failure has occurred, so you must contact us in a reasonable amount of time for action to be taken. We strongly recommend you contact us within 3 weeks after a US order has shipped, or 4-6 weeks after an international order has shipped. If your order has not arrived and 3 months or more has elapsed from time of order, we are not able to assist you.
