Width is usually measured at the widest point under the arms, and length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem.
Please note: we reserve the right to fill orders with substitute garment brands of similar style and quality when needed.

There is a very short window where we can refund merchandise orders. Once it has gone into production we can no longer offer cancellations or alterations to the order. This usually occurs within 12 hours after a purchase is made. We are not able to change the size of a shirt once it is ordered, as our vendors do not allow it. Your order will need to be cancelled so you can place a new order created in the correct size. If you would like to submit a cancellation request, please create a support request or email support@jackboxgames.com.
