Our apparel is listed in American sizing, see measurements listed in inches for best fit estimate. Shirt measurements are taken flat (with the shirt lying down), and can vary by up to two inches. Width is usually measured at the widest point under the arms, and length from the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. If you're unsure of the best size for you, it's usually smart to size up! Womens' shirts in particular are generally "junior" fit, so you may wish to order a larger size for the fit you prefer.

There is a very short window where we can refund merchandise orders. Once it has gone into production we can no longer offer cancellations or alterations to the order. This usually occurs within 12 hours after a purchase is made. We are not able to change the size of a shirt once it is ordered, as our vendors do not allow it. Your order will need to be cancelled and a new order created in the correct size. If you would like to submit a cancellation request, please create a support request or email support@jackboxgames.com.
